"Hello, every time I have gone to this place they have given me good service and it has been fast, the only inconvenience I have had was in the parking lot because you have to have 5 dollars cash to pay for parking and they do not accept cards to pay and of course I had cash money, I couldn't enter the parking lot, they should enable a machine like in all parking lots to collect a ticket at the entrance and pay with a card at the exit, because everyone who arrives there finds the sign only cash money and in What do you have to do to find a parking space? If they don't let you in, you miss the appointment time."

"I have always had mammograms here, but it is not the same anymore, I made my appointment, they verified my insurance, they called me the day before that everything was ready and when I arrived they told me that my insurance is not verified that I have to wait, I have More than half an hour sitting waiting, I didn't know that verifying insurance takes so much time. I don't think I'll ever come back here again. It's a shame that customer service is so bad."

". Horrible customer treatment. The patients who go are older people and the treatment is terrible. The work it takes for an older person to get to their shift is difficult and they send them back as if it were so easy. Get organized."

"After 3 separate phone calls and a couple of emails, not only was I NOT successful in scheduling important screening and diagnostic tests, I learned that the doctor's authorization I emailed to them (per their request) wasn't even received. It's not a good feeling to email sensitive medical information to a business only for it to “disappear" into the internet somewhere. I like what another reviewer suggested about staff taking professional ethics courses as part of their development. I would add to that great idea that while most staff do the best they can, the owners and management of this service will have to prioritize an audit of their current practices and then make the needed improvements for the future. It’s scary enough to need testing to figure out what’s making you sick or hurt in the first place. Getting the right test as soon as possible can relieve the pressure and maybe even save your life."
