"Such a great stress-free rental experience! We received very good email communication about what to expect and how to check in. Our unit was very clean and well appointed with plenty of linens, towels and the kitchen items we needed. Really appreciated that cupboards were not cluttered so we had plenty of room to put away stuff we bought. The staff was so lovely too. Even the landscaping and pool were super well maintained. We arrived a little early and asked to see if we could get in before the 4:00 check-in and they were able to accommodate! Anna Maria Island is such a lovely place to vacation too. It’s super clean everywhere lots a cute little city parks which were great for dog walks as dogs are not allowed on the beach. Was pleasantly surprised to learned that trash/recycle comes twice a week and you don’t even have to drag the bins to the curb. Our bins were located on the edge of the yard and emptied!"

"This is the place - to find your peace, to spend the day by the ocean, to watch spectacular sunsets at night. Beautiful architecture, comfortable beds and pillows like a 5-star hotel. We slept so well here. The kitchen and main living space are large with a long dining table. All are surrounded by large windows and glass doors with a view of the water. Indoor garage parking protected our car and a locked storage room per unit with additional beach chairs. The swimming pool is warm with and an incredible waterfall and whirlpool, Ping-Pong, corn hole, BBQ, and several outdoor seating areas. It was spotless clean with the amenities we needed. Big bathrooms, soft towels, beach towels...exceptional quality and experience. All ocean views in this review are from the balcony. Really the prettiest building on this strip of beach with 5-star bistro restaurant 2 doors down and a short 5-minute drive to downtown."
