"Went with the hubby and our littles and ate in the other night. The food was absolutely amazing. Both the hibachi and sushi were amazing. The service was super fast and although the place isn’t the prettiest inside it for sure was one of the cleanest I’ve been in! The food is amazing though and everything is super reasonably priced. "I’ve eaten here dozens of times, like a lot, over the last 3 years and not a single time have I been disappointed with their sushi or apps. I know they have an extensive menu but it’s the sushi that always keeps me returning and can’t remember trying much else. If you’re a local and know about Wave Sushi (also in Mount Dora), the quality of this place’s sushi is just as good in my opinion. I even trusted to eat this sushi while pregnant! Take out orders always correct too."
"This is a hidden gem. The food was phenomenally amazing. I have no idea why this place isn’t packed with people all the time. The food was fresh and was cooked in depth with full flavor. Other than the fact that society can’t appreciate real food, I don’t know why everybody doesn’t eat here every night. The food is just amazing!!"
"I recently dined at Saigon Fusion in Eustis and was thoroughly impressed with their food. The hibachi was exceptionally yummy – flavors were spot-on and the ingredients fresh. The sushi also did not disappoint, offering a good variety and taste. I'm focusing this review solely on the culinary experience, which was delightful. While the restaurant's ambiance and decor could use some enhancement, the quality of the meals more than makes up for it. Highly recommend for the food!"
"Heard some good things about this restaurant and visited it twice in one week. Both excellent experiences! The servers are fast and super nice. Sushi is fantastic 11/10! Appetizers were fresh. Habachi lunch was very filling. Fried rice and white sauce is the best! Pho has exquisite flavors overall, but the steak is rather tough and poor cuts 8/10. Everything came out fast and fresh compared to other sushi locations locally. Bathrooms were super clean. We'll definitely be back!"
