"2/10/2024 Had a nice meal before the Jane Austin ball. We got some interesting looks since we were all dressed up but that's okay, we stuck out. The server was super friendly and made good suggestions. The food was fresh and tasty. Great dinner!"

"Jeremiah's was a friendly stop for a beer and some food after a busy day at the local flea market. Ample parking out back. That's where I discovered the large outside, but under cover bar area. Friendly service and decent food. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in town."

"The inside catches off guard, it does not look like it would walking in the front door. The atmosphere was really different. The best thing was an entire boat hanging from the ceiling. We were seated right away. The waitress was very nice and took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. The menus were old and had that yellow color that the get when menus get old. A couple of the menus should have been wiped down before handing them out. I ordered the hamburger(med rare) and fries. Came out well done. The meat did not have much flavor either. The fries tasted like dirty grease and were cold. My wife had the appetizer platter and a salad. The croutons were stale. The only thing that she did like was the potato skins. Our son order fried pickles and chicken fajitas. The pickles were just ok. Too much batter. The chicken had good flavor but the tortilla shells were hard and all stuck together. There was also a green fly(poop fly) on the window that kept buzzing back and forth. The only thing that kept me from giving a one star was the staff. Very nice, friendly and was always checking on us."

"First time visit. For the appetizers, we got the combo and jalapeño poppers. For the entrees, we got honey fried chicken and haddock. Everthing was excellent, service was efficient and atmosphere was friendly. We will be back."

"Enjoyed the entire experience. The host was nice, the waitress was great, the atmosphere was very cool, and it was the best burger I've had since moving to Florida (almost 3 years). Don't get a double, too big lol. Fries were spot on as well. Unfortunately, we don't live near Mt Dora, but if I find myself within 30 minutes of Jeremiah's in the future, you can bet I'm stopping in. BTW, Mt Dora was a cool town. We also stopped by the flea market, impressive."
