"Edited When I bought the truck there was a recall. Service was coordinated for 8/15 by sales. Called to say I was on the way. I was told Friday 8/16 would be better. I says I would call when leaving GMC dealer Tasha. Called AutoNation Chevy Clearwater number on google. Spoke to service said I was on the way. I show up and meet Mike in service. Older gentleman very condescending short and spoke to me as if I was dumb. He chastised in a condescending tone about not having any records of appointments that was coordinated by sales. I tried to talk and say understand your bust and then explain the situation again. He then said ya were busy in the same tone he’d been using. Initial review. Spoke to many dealers over the past month. Many salespersons I previously spoke to spoke over me, or didn’t want to do any leg work to help get a deal done. The staff here were very involved and attentive. They spoke but largely listened and addressed needs as they arose. Made it a great experience for something that seemed before to be largely arduous."
