"I’ve taken 2 vehicles here for various issues in my time using them. One is a work van and the other was my daily use vehicle. They always get my problems fixed on the first visit! Prices are fair and communication is great. They clearly are reputable and well known in the area as I came in with a weird part I needed fixed and they were able to recommend me to a small shop in town that was able to fix the issue. Super thankful to have finally found a mechanic I can trust!"
"Took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and told them my truck was making a loud squeaking noise that was not coming from the breaks. When I came to pick it up, i was told that they did not hear any squeaking at all coming from the truck. The lady at the desk became extremely agitated/rude when my girlfriend and i explained that it is a high pitch noise, and my girlfriend described it as ear piercing. I personally rode with Charlie in the truck, and the noise was extremely obvious, and he basically laughed off the “ear piercing” comment, which was made in reference to the high pitch tone of the noise. After getting back to the shop, Charlie said I could leave my truck there so he could look into it further. This was after my truck was at their shop for 7 hours. This is my second negative experience of this type here, and it is apparent that they have no regard for their customer’s concern or time. Will not be returning and would recommend others to avoid."
