"I found myself needing a ride to the airport on Tuesday evening. I called Majestic based on the recommendation of a friend. They said that they could provide transportation for my son and I at 7 PM. We made sure that we had ourselves and our luggage in the driveway at 6:45 PM. It was 7:10 PM and still no ride. I called Majestic and after being put on hold, they came back to tell me that the morning dispatcher never added me to the list and that their closest driver was 15 minutes away. The driver showed up at 7:30 PM and proceeded to look for a booster seat that was supposed to be in the car. He never found it! I just wanted to get on our way since we were already 30 minutes behind schedule. The driver was nice enough and it wasn't his fault so no need to go off on him. When we got to the airport, he charged me the price that was quoted to me in the morning. I was thinking since they messed up and were late, they would have at least discounted the price. I'm sure there would be an additional charge or no ride provided if I were the one that was 30 minutes late. Thankfully, we made our flight, but it was a lot closer than I would have liked."

"Never again. Prearranged ride from Ft Myers Airport to Port Charlotte week in advance. We claimed our luggage and phoned the service to let them know we were waiting. They said the car would be right up. 20 minutes later still no car. Called them again and were told their driver was approached in the lot and accepted another ride and were told they’d send another car. We waited another 20 and called again. We asked how this could be? Their employee said she didnt control their drivers- we went over to MBS’s stand at the airport and got a car immediately. What a fiasco. Will never call Majestic again"

"Hired this transportation service for a trip home from the airport. Our driver was Jim #84. He was very helpful with the luggage. He drove my family home, in the most pleasant manner. Lovely conversation. But what set him apart: we had accidentally left our pet carrier in the van. (Our dog was on my lap). We did not notice this. He noticed after he finished driving for the evening and drove back to our house and delivered the carrier. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely use the services again, and request him to drive us in the future. Thank you Jim!!!!?"
