The workers are polite and cleaned up before they leave for the day. They are concerned for a quality job. I have dealt with other Builders, but King Contracting was the best. The Owner, Doug King, comes to the job site regularly to inspect the quality of the work being done. He has great supervisors, that constantly over see the progress. My job was about $100,000 and I was very satisfied and would use them again.”

She worked diligently and got a resolution in about week and documentation and inspections were done and she updated us on progress on a regular basis. This issue was solved in a professional and quick manner. Original review: Work done several years ago final inspection was never done. They don’t answer phone now or return phone calls. “In short order Jacob is top notch craftsman. I originally called to have a door and casing repaired. He was quick to respond and provide an estimate. Since I wasn’t in a hurry, I said I would reach out when I was ready, which then turned into a needed several more little repairs to get my house ready to sell. He came that same week to look at all the repairs and provided a cost per “project” so I could easy pick and choose what I could budget. In explaining the timeline for the sell of my house, he worked me into this schedule to meet my needs. The day of repairs he showed up on time, even assisted by picking up some items at the home store for the job. He made quick work of the jobs with quality work.
