Welcome to Clearwater Airpark (KCLW), your premier destination for private jet charters and flights in Pinellas County, Florida. Conveniently located at 1000 North Hercules Avenue in the vibrant city of Clearwater, our airpark stands at an elevation of 71 feet, making it the only airport in the county outside of a flood zone.

Operating daily with takeoffs and landings permitted from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Clearwater Airpark offers a range of services to meet your aviation needs. Managed by FlyUSA, our full-service fixed base operator (FBO) is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing services such as fueling, aircraft sales, flight instruction, aerial sightseeing, and aerial photography. Our fuel options include 15 gallons for single-engine pistons, 30 gallons for twin pistons, and 50 gallons for turboprop/turbine aircraft.

Our facilities include a single runway, 16/34, with a right traffic pattern for noise abatement, and a 2,114 square-foot general aviation terminal building, slated for replacement in 2023/2024. The airpark is home to a maintenance facility, approximately 70 T-hangars, 30 covered “shade” hangars, and two corporate hangars.

Steeped in history, Clearwater Airpark began as Picta Sabatia, land owned by the Fugazzi family, which was donated to the city between 1934-36. Officially opening as Clearwater Executive Airpark in April 1939, it has evolved from a grass airstrip to a vital hub for general aviation, supporting local businesses and connecting the region to broader destinations.
