"My wife bought a pair of prescription glasses from them and the frame broke with in 7 months and the lenses scratched. They wouldn’t do a thing about it without her paying more money. She paid $324 for the glasses. I contacted corporate and they never responded. Bad service and bad product. Dont buy your glasses here! They don’t care about their customers once they get your money."

"Dr Cottone and the staff are excellent. I could not be happier with the expert care from everyone. My new glasses are beautiful, paid fully by my insurance except for $10. copay, and came with a hard case. I felt like I received special treatment but actually every client is treated like royalty.
