"My friend was having trouble with her hearing aides that she purchased from this establishment less than a year ago. She called and they said come right in your Hearing Aides are under warranty. I drove her over the next morning shortly after they opened. We were there less than 10 minutes. The extremely pleasant, friendly, kind and knowledgeable receptionist looked and took them saying she will be right back. In 5 minutes she brought them back and informed us all they needed was a cleaning. She recommended we come back each month for a regular cleaning. My friend was beyond belief until she put the aides in her ears. A wide grin appeared on her face. All is good again. We left without having to pay anything. I am sorry I didn't get the name of this employee, but I highly recommend this business for the care they give their customers"
