"Long story short, Dr Cooper refused to send me to a Cardiologist even though I have it in my history. She said I had nothing wrong with my heart. I just got out of the hospital had to have a stent put in my artery that was 95% blocked. Do I need to say more."
"You walk in let them know at the desk your there there you sit there over an hour no acknowledgement. You get mad and finally get up to leave then they have the nerve to say have a good day. My mom needs someone who cares not you.. worthless doctor and staff. Find somewhere else to go. They don't care about people here."
"She works for a capitated insurance company and clinic. The clinic strives to limit the amount of money spent on each patient. It is great if you do not have any medical problems and do not need medications regularly. If you are sick, or get diagnosed with cancer, your treatment will be restricted, referrals/authorizations denied, and many times chemo/radiation not authorized due to cost. Hospice is generally recommended to avoid them incurring cost. I highly recommend going elsewhere and considering a different insurance plan. Value-based Medicare advantage HMOs (replacement plans) will restrict your care at the hope of saving money at the expense of your health."
"I am a big baby when it comes to doctors and needles. Plus, I hate to take meds. Dr. Cooper takes the time to talk to me about everything she is doing and all my concerns. She takes all my concerns seriously, makes adjustments to my meds as we discuss. I never have a bad experience with her office."
"I have multiple medical issues and Dr. Cooper has been wonderful helping me navigate all my concerns. She follows what is happening with each of my specialists. She ensures my annual tests are completed and has been working with me to reduce the number of medications I take. She is thoughtful and caring and never tries to rush me out of the office. She thoroughly explains what she is doing and why. She is amazing! On occasion, I have needed to see one of her associates and they have been wonderful as well!"
