"I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not, do not, do not take your car here! Ross is a scammer and a liar. Got payment from my insurance company, lied for weeks saying he never received it, did minimal work on my vehicle and never finished. I've already reported him to the better business bureau and with the guidance of my insurance company am pursuing him legally. Save yourself the hassle and legal fees and just go elsewhere."

"Avoid this shop at all cost. We had a collision and before we could take our vehicle into a reputable shop the owner of this place came up to my husband while at Dollar General and offered a repair at a good rate. We have a Nissan Altima which was hit from the side and needed two doors and the body below the doors repaired. The owner advised it would take 2 weeks for repair. We ordered the check from insurance almost immediately. At the two week mark we called to check on the repair and the owner got nasty with us advising these things take time. We only inquired because this was the timeline provided. Over the course of the next 6 weeks we were given dates of completion over and over again. Once finally completed he advised he couldn't release the vehicle because the check hadn't arrived. We requested a replacement check and waited another month and same thing. Eventually I went to pay out of pocket because I severely needed my vehicle. We went to pay with a debit card and was advised cash only for a $2000+ job, sketchy and now I know why. My vehicle was so dusty inside and out resulting in interior damage to my seats, looked like they'd been mudding or something, who knows. My husband drove the car home and I immediately noticed that on the non damaged side there was a piece of the external mirror missing. It didn't take long to notice that on the damaged side that the other outside mirror had been replaced with an aftermarket mirror eithout our blinkers even though it was never damaged in the wreck and the doors hadnt been replaced. There was no need to remove or replace that mirror, the glass from the after market mirror feel off months later. Once home I also noticed that the door had the dents pulled out but was off track, lastly we noticed that the damage to the area underneath the door was never repaired. My husband placed several calls to complain but the owner ghosted us and never attempted to make things right. He had my vehicle from May through to the end of July, the lack of professionalism and quality of work is like none I've seen. With our experience I can only assume that this man and his business are con artist, avoid at ALL cost. I'm writing this review after allowing the business 7 months to reach out and resolve the issue. I also plan to report this business to the state. Do not take your vehicle here for anything whatsoever. My vehicle wasn't repaired correctly, parts damaged and parts stolen with interior damage. No claim could be made because we were coerced into paying with cash. Expensive lesson learned."
