Medley Soccer 5 Vs 5 is a store located at 6991 Northwest 74th Street, Medley, Florida, United States. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the institution has implemented new procedures for booking a field. Cash payments are not accepted at this time, only credit card payments. Customers can book a field by calling or texting 786-346-4950 or using the "Soccer Connection" App once approval is given to reopen by the Town of Medley/Miami Dade County. Upon booking, customers must provide a credit card to secure the reservation, which will be charged in full unless payment per player is preferred. Payment per player can be made through the "Soccer Connection" app or alternative payment apps. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. On-site activities require credit card payments only, with social distancing and mask wearing enforced. Players are encouraged to stay in their vehicles until their rental time, and proper disinfection measures are taken between groups. Equipment such as gloves and masks are provided for staff, and balls are disinfected before and after each use. Bibs are not provided, but can be purchased at the cash register. Personal items cannot be stored at the cash register area. Failure to comply with safety measures may result in a temporary ban from the facility. These rules are in place for the safety of staff and customers.
