"Juan is such an incredible instructor and encouraging throughout class. His method is always different and you will leave each class sore. I started with him at the Bay Harbor location in 2021 and still going when I get a chance. Just make sure to text before showing up to the building as you need a code to get in. Definitely try a class and not to mention mini back massage at the end of each class :)"
