"Quick response and quality work, no issues there. The plumber and his assistant were friendly and professional. However, this company's invoice does not provide any breakdown of the charges. They wrote a short story about the work done and a flat number. I've only seen that done with a handy-man, not from a specialized-service company. My initial inquiries to the office about the bill were met with a little defensiveness, but Carrie (owner) reached out and provided good customer service and closer attention to the bill, which also lowered it...which kind of makes the point that unless you provide a solid estimate customers are left wondering what it is they just paid for when the bill comes. Points for a business with an owner who cares enough to engage with clients."
