"Went here on Dec 18th to place an early balloon order to be delivered for NYE party we were having. I picked a 2-3pm delivery time. The driver went to pick them up at 2:30 and they told him they were running 1.5 hrs behind to come back. He went back at the time he was told and they told him they were still 1.5 hrs behind. My daughter then went over around 6pm and they had locked the door. She knocked showing them the receipt and they let her in. They told her they ran out of helium and we weren’t getting our balloons!! I went in 2 days later to get my refund and talked to the manager that was on duty that day. All she could tell me is they had a lot of online orders and had to deliver the earlier orders first (meaning the morning hrs). I asked why they were continuing to take online orders and all she could offer me was an apology and my money back. She said they had 10 people working but weren’t expecting the chaos. I questioned why they didn’t stop taking orders (she said they did) but continued to say that they had to fill the morning orders first. I obviously won’t be going back!!"
