I had gone to four different dental practices before Advanced Dental and once I found them, I'm not going anywhere. "I usually don’t do reviews and had to have my tech savvy son show me how. I use to think this office was alright. Not anymore. It says on their website they do emergencies. That is very questionable. I called on a Friday because of a tooth infection. Was in pain! No answer. Left a message. Nobody from that office called back at all. It was Labor Day weekend. So I had to wait in pain all holiday weekend till Tuesday. I called again Tuesday morning. Again, no answer, had to leave a message. As of 4:50pm, I still had no call back at all. Hope you never have an emergency and try to get in quick. Get ready to suffer. I read some other reviews about the office staff. Now I believe those reviews. I walked into Aspen Dental Waterford lakes. Took me in 20 minutes after I walked in the door. No Appointment! X-ray and met with the super nice dentist. Told me what needed to be done. Told me to come back at 2:30p and did the procedure. I have a follow up appointment this coming Friday. Pretty damn good for walking in the door Tuesday morning. I only know about the Waterford Lakes office. Like I said, hope you never have an emergency and have to get into Advanced Dental Care - Ocoee. GOOD LUCK!"
