"We have been going to West Orlando Pediatrics for over 20 years now, since my oldest child was 2 years old and she is now 22, and we just scheduled our twins for their 11 year old well visit and excited to see them. Dr. Yarckin and Dr. O’Brien are simply the best! Dr. Yarckin has been there since day one in the hospital when our twins were born and for a period of time when they were younger it seemed as if we lived in their office but we always knew our children were getting the best care through it all. The front office/admin staff and nurses have always been extremely welcoming and professional throughout the years and this in itself says a lot about the practice. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any new patients who want the best pediatrician Orlando has to offer!"

"Do not recommend: Called for a sick visit yesterday. Was impressed that doctor called back quickly & explained we were new having relocated to the area and he said no problem but was told I needed to make the appointment same day and they could get us in by calling next Fay when regular office opened. Called when office opened and was denied appointment because we were new patients. Spoke to nurse:office and they said they could schedule a sick visit for next week (7 plus days away)and that they can’t accommodate sick visits for new patients. Was told to go to urgent care if my son had a virus…"

"My kids see Dr. Yarkin and Dr. O Brian. Both doctors have great bedside manners and great doctors. Staff is great as well. They are always able to accommodate sick kids appointment in the same day, which is greatly appreciated"

"Jennifer is the worst office staff I have had to interact with in any pediatric office. Honestly, she is the worst customer/client/patient/parent facing office staff I've come in contact with in any business. Robin the nurse is wonderful and that's about all I can say positive about the practice. I cant believe that they have someone who acts so bothered by questions and put off by helping parents get answers or the information they are seeking, answering phones and greeting the public. When it comes to customer service, Jennifer is HORRIBLE! I have requested medical records transfer and gone elsewhere. It's been such a sigh of relief knowing my children are in great hands with the entire team at our new Dr's office!"

"I consider myself to be an anxious first time Mom, so choosing a Pediatrician was a big deal for me. Dr. Yarkin was referred to me by a coworker and I’m extremely grateful for this referral. My husband and I met him for the first time right after I gave birth to our son and he was awesome. He came to the hospital two days in a row to check on us as I recovered from my c-section. He allowed us to ask questions (trust me there was many) and he was extremely friendly. This office allows parents to call at any time of the day and they do not mind! If they can’t answer the phone right away, they call you back within minutes. Dr. O’Brien is also wonderful. I haven’t had any issues with anyone on the team, they’ve been extremely informative and helpful."
