Classic Smiles has the latest in X-ray equipment and the X-rays were shown to me on a big screen monitor right in front of me... All of my questions were answered about any work I might have done..The office staff was extremely helpful in explaining to me how my insurance will cover any dental procedures I might have in the future. "I wanted to pause and write this review to acknowledge Andreas with this practice! He came across as confident & highly skilled when working w/ me on my crown today… but what made him stand out the most was his kind, calm, and professional bedside manner. He kept me informed w/ each step, checked in on me intermittently, and w/ his gentle, caring demeanor, he made me “feel” taken care as a “human being” first, before being seen as a “patient.” It made the lengthy process more manageable because of these, often overlooked, human touches & interactions that he wove in — and so naturally too, like a dance. As patients in a dental chair, professionals can easily focus on the mechanics and forget the vulnerability of a patient (not to mention, it can be anxiety-provoking for many patients as well). So…. especially in these busy times, excellent bedside manner/customer service like this gentleman’s should be acknowledged & praised so we can reinforce it. Andreas could teach a masterclass on this in case anyone is interested. Take care of that one…he’s a gem. He deserves a raise! Truly among the best and there aren’t enough stars!"
