“Mum is 78 and has dementia. We popped in here today to get her 2 pairs because you trust Clarks to deliver comfortable, sensible and long-lasting shoes. The staff were brilliant, especially Fiona (I really hope I’ve got the name right), who dealt with us and who also has personal experience with dementia. We ended up with a pair of black “Funny Dream”, which she liked so much that she wore them out of the shop, and slightly surprisingly a pair of “Champagne Nalle Lace” which she now has on and have become her new favourite shiny thing- “too good for the garden” apparently. Fiona was wearing a pair herself - always trust the experts. Clarks’ staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and understanding and I would thoroughly recommend the shop experience. Here’s hoping the shoes deliver as well as the staff did going forwards.”

“Asda in the Livingston centre is just fantastic. The shop is massive and very well stocked. Their George department is easily the biggest I've ever seen. Normally clothes in a supermarket for men tend to be one or perhaps 2 rows, however Asda is bigger and a huge choice. Handy for items if you are going on holiday. Great choice of shorts and T-shirts flip flops etc. Well worth a visit and much better value for money than you get in other high street retailers”

“They sell the most comfy pair of shoes which I buy all the time for work. They have memory foam insoles which means I can wear them all day. The staff are always helpful and polite. Its a small shop but still easy to shop in at ease .”

“You all know what this place is about, and you get what you expect. Piles of immorally cheap clothing, piled (or hung) high, with a selection of rather random items at very low prices. You just can’t beat it! Perfect for clothing the kids at rock bottom prices. My kids are walking Primark models with all the gear we’ve got here.”

“I took my 88 year old mum for a bra fitting at the M&S store at the Gyle. The lady who helped her was called Margaret and she was absolutely wonderful with my mum. She spent over an hour and a half trying on different bras with a variety of attachments until the perfect one was found for her. My mum was absolutely delighted and I can't praise Margaret enough for having the patience and kindness to ensure that she felt and looked great when she left.”
