“Belen is a master of her craft, incredibly knowledgeable practitioner with a steady hand and a soft, fine tuned approach to the body. We have taken our nearly 4 weeks old baby to see Belen and I could not be happier with the results; to help our baby Belen took a 360 approach and included mum's diet, schedule, tension, stress in the treatment path, along with specific, tailored therapies and recommendations for baby. At this age babies are so unpredictable and sensitive, and Belen took all that into consideration when treating our baby. I can genuinely say my baby is doing much better after each session, she is relieved of any tensions, she feeds well and settles into a blissful sleep after her therapy sessions. We will definitely continue on with Belen and would recommend her to all exhausted and depleated new mums out there!”

“I attended Aoife as I was still having issues with pelvic and lower back pain 14 months after my second baby. I felt like Aoife gave me a lot of time, listened and actually diagnosed diastasis recti I didn't even realise I had. Within 6 weeks of following the exercises she gave me it had nearly completely resolved and any pain I had been experiencing had improved hugely. I would not hesitate to recommend Aoife she is an excellent physiotherapist.”
