Ramada Newark/Wilmington

"The room was clean. Our biggest grievance was the breakfast. No eggs or bacon or sausage. Just waffles, biscuits and gravy. Blackout for about 2 hours overnight woke my wife gasping for air at about 2 AM as her CPAP machine for sleep apnea was affected."

"Rooms are basic and clean. Price for value is good, just sometimes things don't work like the TV. The lower priced rooms must be available with fewer amenities than full price rooms. Generally you get what you pay for."

"This hotel is outdated, dirty, had bugs all around the room some were dead and others were alive. When I asked a manager to fix the problem she said no one was available to clean the room and it was at a reasonable time of day. They switched my room and the next room had mold on bathroom walls and in the shower head as well. It was a total inconvenience since I was from out of town and had to lose my deposit for a week and book another hotel. The worse experience for me and my children to experience!!!! They need to put motel instead of Hotel"

"I haven't stayed at this hotel, and I definitely never will! I have worked in hospitality and customer service on and off for 20ish years. If the woman who answered the phone tonight is any indication of the professionalism and standards of this hotel, I do not recommend you ever stay there. The tone she uses when speaking to me was quite rude. At one point, she mumbled something about a phone number. Then she proceeded to mumble MY phone number out loud. I asked why she was saying my number out loud. She responded that she was writing my phone number down. I asked why she was writing my phone number down, and stated that it was pretty creepy. She replied, so she I can give it to my boss. I asked why she was giving my number to her boss. She didn't have an answer for that. So I again said it was really creepy. I had called in trying to get the name of the night auditor for that night. No reason to be rude, no reason to practically interrogate me, and certainly no reason to write my number down whether it was to give to your boss or not. Long story short, she was absolutely no help, and we will not be using Ramada's facilities now or in the future. We are going to be working with the Four Points hotel instead. Their front desk attendants were polite and helpful, and their night auditor was as well. FYI, I don't know, and will never know, about the rooms because I will never stay here. First impressions matter. The location is meh, the entrance is ridiculously small. Don't let the picture of the entrance fool you. You can barely pull a sedan up in front of the main entrance let alone a truck. It is very narrow and compact."

"Love it here. Booked 2 rooms hoping they would be close together. Yes they were (diagnally from each other). Desk clerk Q was very helpful, friendly, patient, cheerful. Very clean and spacious. Shower had massager, beds were extremely comfortable. Only issues I had was only one channel for kids and no elevator. Besides that I would most definitely recommend this location."
