"Horrid room. Everything in the room was broken: bed, dresser, fire alarm, no mirrors or lamp, towel racks, NO SECURITY LOCK on door, no chair, no anything, it looked like someone had been forcibly evicted. When we checked in there was still evidence of previous occupants including personal items and vomit in the sink. Bedding was stained. Front desk told us there were no other rooms and offered us extra towels. Trash everywhere on the landing. People screaming and hollering all hours. We got the impression people were living there. Will never book here again."

"The help is friendly. The manager is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr.Hyde. he can be friendly or exceptionally ignorant. (See bi-polar). I have stayed there many times. Used to see an occasional cockroach. Now they are becoming common to spot several in a 24 hour period. I would say they are going downhill. It's more usual than not to find loose toilet seats. One room had a leaking toilet but manager doesn't seem to care. If you can find the maintenance guy he will fix anything right away. The 2 woman that check you in are helpful and friendly. But they can't do anything without the ignorant managers permission. None of the phones in the rooms work and they been that way for at least a year. Could be a decent motel if it was not managed by Mr. Hyde. Grass gets very high before Mr. Hyde scalps it very low. There are so many pot smokers there that you can smell it 24 hours a day. If a different more intelligent manager that took some pride in the appearance of the place, it could be much nicer. People that work there seem to work hard. The manager is keeping the place from reaching it's potential. Also people in warm weather party there all night. Get rid of the manager and bring in someone that cares and it could be much better. Unfortunately it's declining."

"Handicapped rooms are a joke. No way to get a wheelchair around this room way too narrow to go from door to barhroom. The entrance door is hard to get through it needs a better threshold transfer strip. A/c hahha more like a fan. . The units here but just blows cooler air. Can't get it down below 70 in here on coldest setting and highest mode . Staff well ill be nice they lazy at the front desk. Dude sitting there on his phone texting as we stood there. Then asked for a printed copy of out stay try to push off he was the general manager giving me his card bit he can't do that until Monday morning. Go up Monday morning another lady there ,I asked about it she said still not there. Mind youbi had an appointment to be at 730 I needed the paperwork for. I go back Monday morning no sorry don't know nothing about it come back later. I explained to her I needed it for this appointment I was leaving for. She was zero help. Housing don't speak great English but they are nice. I clean my own room during my stay but upon arrival everything was clean and looked nice. No bugs of any kind here like several others around here have. Several families live her permanently but no issues with anyone they all seem pretty nice."

"Would have given 5 stars on our overall room conditions/experience but gave it a 4 star instead bc the floors in our room + bathroom were in desperate need of a thorough sweeping. Couldn't tell until I hopped into the tub & noticed quite a bit of black debris floating everywhere! So of course I had to drain the water, rinse off the remaining unidentified particles & start all over. Only this time I put a towel on the floor in front of the tub in order to wipe my feet clean from whatever was all over the floors. 1 other thing that I found to be annoying is if you end up needing more towels during the night, you will be told that no one can get any more/clean towels until the next morning @8AM!!"
