"Did not like they charged an additional 100 charge on my card that was not a pended charge that I had toc all for a week to have removed from my car~ nor was it explained that I would see this charge, Coffee pot in room but have to pay 2$ for a small water in the "convenience " store to even make it. Noise from above me foot stompers all night. NEVER EVER AGAIN"

"This place has tried to maintain a mid quality motel. It's definitely not up to par. New flooring and paint doesn't improve the quality, it just masks it. Dirty/stained carpeting in the hallway, dirty floors in the rooms, lamps that don't work. It does have two good qualities. It's close to 95 N/S, and it's across the street from UNC Wilmington."
"They will never clean or pick up your room, you have to go ask for the toilet paper if it runs out because they never even ask if you need something. They don't change the towels, all the guests leave their garbage in a bag in the corridor so they can pick it up and you also have to go to the front desk to ask for bags for the trash cans. breakfast let me down!!! It is comfortable and very quiet, but I would definitely not go back! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. But that's all I can say."
"Since there was a mixed bag of reviews I didn't know what to expect. I needed a reasonably priced place for basically sleeping for 2 nights and I had Wyndham points I used. That being said I was not expecting a hilton, rooms were somewhat updated some newer furnishings but the laminate was peeling off the night stand. Our carpet had a large spot that was melted/worn away. I'm not a fan of the sink right next to the bed, outside of the bathroom, but that is just preference. No tub. Shower door is weird. It was quiet but we were in what I would say is the way back. All in all it was a decent stay it was close to campus/stadiums, quiet, comfortable and pretty clean. It is a little tired, could use some paint or a deep clean in the rooms or at least the one we were in. Paper sconces were pretty beat up. Breakfast was the norm hotel food."
