“We visited the hotel for a wake on the afternoon of the Queen's funeral, this was a Bank Holiday. The hotel serving staff were friendly and efficient. The sandwiches and cakes were tasty The room was spacious with seating for most people and room to circulate. A good venue for such an event.”

“Good hotel, from what I heard it has a bad rep so I’ll leave that there. The hotel itself was good.. comfy room, food was really good, the bar is really well stocked and the staff were really friendly and engaging. Large car park that is free if you are staying at the hotel and it’s next door to an Asda if you want some snacks. I would happily stay here again.”

“Great staff. We had a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are very clean. The decor is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. And the dogs are allowed. A very interesting value for money! We hope to return!”

“Clean & tidy room, bed very comfy (have a bad back so always cautious) - check in was easy, no hassles. Eat breakfast there each day - good. One day had meal deal, cheaper if you get breakfast & dinner there too - no complaints - staff very friendly & helpful. All round lovely stay!”

“Small ideally place for walking into Warwick and visiting the castle also as the title says Racecourse great on race days. The site is small the welcome was friendly facilities very clean .”

“Really enjoyed our stay here, shame it was only for 1 night (will just have to go back again!). It's a historic building, so the staircase is quite steep & the room was not spacious however there are plenty of original features such as exposed wooden beams & walls that are not straight. It maintains it's genuine "ye olde" charm whilst having modern facilities. Staff were really friendly & helpful too. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent service from very helpful staff. Really nice room (a refurbished one) and public areas. The car park couldn't handle a full hotel but that was exacerbated by a few vans taking up more than one space. Don't arrive after 9pm and expecting a space! Handy for the NEC and cheaper than the on site hotels there.”

“A great hotel in the most beautiful setting. Far more than I anticipated, an incredible historic building and stunning grounds. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were lovely, bed really comfy and a great shower. Food in the restaurant was great- had a great dinner (and far too much wine and brandy). All in all a really great experience, would highly recommend.”

“I booked in for a overnight stay , a very nice hotel and fantastic staff , the room was clean. Breakfast fantastic. Enjoy my stay and I would stay again , Only thing I could say is you need a car because its just a little to far to walk to Warwick .”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nicely appointed except for the TV, which was a waste of time. We ended up watching on our laptop. Think that would be a new investment to bring the room into the 21st century. Other than that we can't fault our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely Malaysian restaurant on site. Good value and only 25 mins from the NEC.”

“Staff were really nice, made you feel welcome and really good customer service! The rooms are clean but not really toddler friendly, loads of furniture with sharp edges. Local a bit out of town so need Ubers but staff are really nice here”

“Haven't stayed here... only visited friends who were staying overnight. Had coffee + light bite here. Very busy, excellent quality but not overly expensive. Probability a great place to stay if you're looking for a medium/higher price (quality) hotel in an excellent location for Warwick & connecting motorway (M40)”

“Really easy access, large car park with 2 EV chargers and a number of Tesla chargers. Set back from the motorway so surprisingly quiet and if booked ahead can be half the price of anywhere else in the area. Also dog friendly!”

“Really lovely house in a fantastic location. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. We arrived when it was dark and raining, which made finding the house more difficult. The house is about half way down sadlebow road, with stone pillers. The name sign was not very easy to see in the dark and rain.”

“Lovely lady looks after the pets , left the cat with her for 9 days and the cat had been well looked after , Lovely settling and very clean , I was going to mark it down one because of the road and lack of a sign to let you know how to find it . But it was such a nice place to knock”

“Honestly didn't expect much. We sat down, and the server was fantastic! Very energetic, and honestly sweet as anything. The food came and wow. As I said, didn't expect much but if I wasn't moving on I could have stayed there until closing! Thank you!”

“Amazing!!! This hotel/spa is brilliant. A lovely night away for me and my partner. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and very moden. The swimming pool was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. Plenty or parking. The golf course is stunning and a great view when eating breakfast.”

“My husband and I came here on New Year’s Eve for lunch and had a fantastic meal. The staff were lovely and the food was great, we had some lovely cocktails. Highly recommended for a nice meal in Warwick - thanks to the team for being so accommodating.”

“This was a great hotel, it was fantastic value for the money. The rooms we had were comfortable, spotless and had everything we could have needed. Great shower with really good water pressure. The receptionist was the nicest person I've met in a hotel in a long time, she made us feel like the most important guests there and I'm sure she does that for everyone. Location wise it's really handy for Coventry and there is a bar/restaurant serving breakfast and carvery across the carpark and there's also a really good chipper around the corner. Great hotel, I'd be very happy to stay again without any doubt.”

“Our business had a stand at Edition Dogs Live this weekend, and we luckily grabbed one of the last rooms to stay the previous night. The hotel service and food were excellent, and I would recommend this as the place to stay, if you are attending as a business at the NAEC (btw - the breakfast buffet is excellent!). Recommended.”

“Upon arrival the reception staff was extremely helpful. We got our room key and went to check it out. The room was huge. I wasn't expecting anything that big. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower which is so unusual these days but extremely relaxing to have a bath. We were at a work function in the Orangery. The food was just incredible. Drinks were a little pricey but I feel the overall experience was worth it”
