“Our holiday in Dunworley Cottage was one of the highlights of our recent staycations. A beautiful old historic cottage, oozing character, set just a stroll back from beautiful Dunworley beach. Where we spent hours hanging out, exploring the caves and swimmimg in the clear blue and safe waters of the cove. Gilly and Richard are remarkable hosts and accomplished chefs. They cooked for us on 2 evening and it was delicious. One of the nights we ate lobster and i have never tasted anything like it. The house has everything you need and it is only 10 mins from the lovely village of Timoleague. Timoleague boasts one of Irelands best restaurants Monks Lane. It is also only 15 mins from Clonakilty where you will find the best pubs, artisan shops and restaurants. All in all we had the best stay, in the best location with the best hosts. So much so that we are all going back next year. Cant wait.”

“Lovely welcome at the door. When Foan herd I had nothing to eat all day on the road. Next served with lovely sandwiches and coffee. It was like home from home. The place is also very clean and tidy. I could not highly recommend this place enough. Also the views are stunning. Also an amazing breakfast”

“Marian is hands down the best host I've had in a while, she offered us a tea with handmade bread upon arrival, she offered to put a beer in the fridge for whenever we come back from the pub, her breakfast is world class quality and there are plenty of choices, she's good fun too !!! On the other hand some aspects of the bedrooms could use a small refresh. But if you balance everything out.. it's just an amazing place to stay in the area :)”

“A nice place for a relaxing holiday I spent 10 days in Bandon and I stayed at Ashgrove house. The house is surrounded by a nice garden and you can easily walk to the town centre.The ground floor of the house is really confortable, well furnished with wonderful objects everywhere. Breakfast is served in a very big and cosy kitchen and Noel and Theresa are fantastic hosts always ready to help you. I felt immediately at home!”
