"This is quickly becoming my favorite pub in Midleton. It’s cozy, friendly, welcoming, and not pretentious (either in a too fancy, or in a too local kind of way). There are two sides to it, both with about the same amount of seating. The left side has a fireplace for colder evenings. The decor is quintessential Irish pub, but not over the top. Great spot to go for a rugby or soccer game, or just a couple of pints with good company. Whether you live in Midleton or are just passing through, you should stop in. You’ll like it. Note: This is a bar only, they don’t sell food. And the pics I took were before crowds. It can get very crowded depending on the day or time of day!"

"Stayed here with my husband and children. After staying in multiple hotels and b&bs in Midleton and the surrounding areas, this has been the best. The beds and cleanliness are what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location is central. Great lively pub downstairs, of which no sound can be heard in the accommodation. First choice when booking again to come to Cork."
