Our focus is on providing personal attention to each student by going back to the roots of smaller dojos with less overhead. We offer two main programs: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga self defense, which run independently at different times but complement each other well. Additionally, we offer Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics, and music to develop balance, coordination, and fitness.
