"4:00 .I ve come here many yrs.Every week at least for 1 Weeknight dinner for usually 5 +ice cream.Usually not bad...here n there dm issues.What happened?Im vry disappointed tonites dinner, onion rings were all crushed/broken pieces with maybe 2 on top decent enough to eat.Chicken tenders were scawny and hard as a rock .My dbl cheese was dry and cold as if it was made hrs.before.Very upset to say the least.I called whoever answered wouldnt give her name and was extremely rude and difficult.I AM NOT a Karen,just wanted either a refund or take it back and remake it.I wanted what i paid for.Sad to be leaving one of my favs since being a kid."
"I make a habit of visiting with my son every week, even in the winter and when the weather is really foul, because unlike most fast food places in our area, the service here is EXEMPLARY! Dave, the owner, always makes us feel very welcome and takes an interest in how things are going, and he's instilled those values in his staff. Service is always prompt, and better yet, unlike most places in the area, your order is right each time!! I primarily go for the soft serve, as that's my guilty pleasure as a diabetic, and I like their soft serve over other soft serves, it's really creamy!"
"Their ice cream options are excellent if you enjoy soft serve. Ice cream cakes are also excellent. Plenty of take home products if you are interested. People are always friendly. Their food is hit or miss. Typical fast food fare with all being good but no standouts."

"First time coming, and I was surprised it was like a restaurant. Our Dairy Queen is ice cream only and not sit in at all. It was a very nice surprise. Came in, two sides to order. Ice cream and food. We all went to which side we wanted, but most of us chose ice cream blizzards. It was very busy but you didn't have to wait for long. Lots of workers. Decent amount of tables. Everyone was happy with what they got. Redo place when we are passing by again. Have no idea how I got there. Thank goodness for Google. We were at Buckland Hills Mall, like 10 min away. Everyone was pleasant and efficient."
