"Giving them 1 star is reaching right now. The pizza was barely cooked and it was doughy and the sauce was more like tomato paste. I've been a regular customer for years and they've gone significantly downhill. The manager was incredibly rude and said I must be lying because no one else complained about their pizza tonight. I will never return simply based on the way he treats his customers. Super disappointed. He thanked me for calling and I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. He didn't offer to give me my money back or to make me a new pizza despite the fact that these were inedible and told me if he believed every person who called to complain they would go out of business.. wow. Great management!"
"The staff are all pleasant. Pizza and boneless wings are good. Chicken parm was my favorite but they recently changed the sauce, not a fan now. I feel like there food is going down hill a little.. maybe new cook or food supplier.. grinders have always been on the skimpy side though. When I ordered last week everything was slightly different than it used to be a short time ago. Hopefully they make a comeback."
"I can't say enough about this restaurant. Amazing food & pasta sauce ( they sell in jars, I can't get enough of ) The Customer Service is Exceptional! . Andrea is an Amazing associate, always bubbly & friendly. I Highly recommend this establishment!!! even tho it's only pick up or delivery"
"Typical below average grinder with stale old bread and "meat"...thats a steak and cheese btw....some guy brought back sauce in a 5 gallon bucket from a party from the day before. He said don't worry it's been in the fridge..and they said tthank you and they took it back into the kitchen!!!wow..."
