"I have no idea how good of a therapist Coral is, but I do know that my fiance won't be seeing her. We scheduled a consultation with her nearly a month ago, very excited to have found a therapist who specialized in the areas my fiance needed help with. After dealing with the anxiety of preparing to start with a new therapist, she was able to mentally prepare herself, and we were both very excited. That consultation was supposed to be today. However, this morning we received an email cancelling the appointment, and telling us that we'd have to wait another full month. Now, rather than my fiance beginning to build up a support network, she's feeling abandoned and miserable again. If the appointment had been cancelled earlier, or we'd been given a heads up that it might not happen, I wouldn't be leaving this review. However, the level of unprofessionalism required to wait until the day of to cancel an appointment with a new patient disturbs me too much not to warn others. I'm sure that Coral is aware of how difficult it is to find good therapists these days that don't have months-long waiting lists. Thank you for apologizing for the inconvenience though. If only there was a way you could have lessened it."
