"I used to have a five star on here. While I love my sons doctor, I am a little upset. I took him in for drainage of the ear. He blew an eardrum. All that was prescribed was antibiotics. I thought it was strange no ear drops were prescribed. So two nights go by and neither him or I have gotten any sleep. He’s waking up every 20 min screaming in pain and holding his ear. So I called the office and they tell me I need to come in for another appointment to make sure nothing else is going on and to get the prescription ear drops. Are you kidding me? We are sleep deprived and you want him to go through another sleepless painful night and to call in the morning to come back downtown for another appointment when we were just there?? This is so upsetting. I was seen here as a new born all the way up till my teens. It hurts to say but I will be finding another doctor for my son."

"Such a beautiful office, VERY friendly staff at the front. Our nurse Lorena was an angel with our kids and Dr Alison is absolutely amazing , very thorough and kind. First time we had a doctor really assess one of our kids. Very comfortable environment , easy parking. Love our new office!"
"Dr Lauren is an amazing pediatrician and she made us feel incredibly comfortable with our first baby. This is the best pediatrician office that we found. We since moved and switched providers but we seriously considered doing the 40 minute drive in order to stay with children’s. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire office is kind and helpful. I loved feeling like I had an entire team helping us with our baby. They are amazing!"
