"Dave catered the dinner for our wedding and everything was delicious. He made the food at a ranch where all of the equipment, power, water, etc, had to be brought in. He made a watermelon salad, lobster pasta, stuffed zucchini, and prime rib for entree. For cocktail hour we had charcuterie, crab cakes, and short ribs. Dave’s servers were great as well and very quick and professional."
