"Complete rip off to be charged $25 for dropping off a FedEx or UPS package. If you’re shipping via FedEx you can schedule FedEx to come to your house and pickup your package for between $5-$8. $25 to babysit a box is a rip."

I don't care about google reviews almost as much as I don't care about amazon. Google and amazon don't mean anything to me. The personal relationships we have with our customers means everything.
