"The dinner options are decent and the banana caramel foster was delicious, but the breakfast was mediocre at best. It almost seemed like they had a different lead chef between the morning and evening. We had the cheeseburger which was solid and the banana foster for dinner. The banana foster had a perfect glazed sugar topping and the cake was moist and well-crafted. However, we did not receive service for more than 20 minutes after we were seated and I noticed that many of the other guests had not either. However, for breakfast, the pancake was ok but a bit bland. The huevos rancheros was burned and drenched in poor quality salsa, while the bacon was burned to the point it was not edible. The tortilla was too hardened and burned to eat. Based off of the conflicting experiences, I am giving this 3 stars"
"It’s inside of a resort. Came here during a winter snowstorm so didn’t get to see the views that I’m sure are spectacular on a clear day. The service was excellent, the sandwich was delicious however the chili was not good at all, the meat was very dry and grainy."
"Service was top notch. Our waiter Eric was very attentive, pleasant and professional. The support staff was also excellent. Our water glasses never went below 3/4 and our empty plates were cleared at just the right time. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson with us and they were very accommodating. We had the Stuffed Chicken, Elk Tenderloin, Burger and Bolognese and loved every dish. The view and overall atmosphere was just perfect. We will be back!"

"Stayed at the Peaks for a few nights and naturally went to the bar. Met one of the great bartenders, Andrew. He was great! Made the best Paloma I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!"
