"It’s rare for someone to actually pick up the phone here, I have to either sit there and call on repeat for 5-30 mins or I’ve even had to drive all the way across town to make my appointment. I tried online and was told I would be contacted shortly and never was. If you want to switch HCP in this clinic just find a different clinic because they will change you back to your original HCP without asking. Adding this to my review because how unprofessional my experience was: I called nearly everyday for two weeks, some days I called several times a day because I needed an extension on a work accommodation. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told the supervisor that I had been calling for nearly two weeks and she tried to tell me that the receptionists do pick up the phones, so I told her to come here to google reviews and then come and tell me that. After she refused to discuss it with me. And now because they don’t answer I’ll be walking around on an injured muscle for another 1-2 weeks while I wait for my HR department to review it."

"I’ve been going to GAHC for 6 years. I have three kids seeing Erica Schindel. I’ve been having a rough month. To make matters worse, I called to notify GAHC I got a flat tire at 11am. My appointment wasn’t until 1pm. Elizabeth never asked if I was okay or anything. She just said if you don’t come in for your appointment we will have to release you. Same day cancelations or rescheduling is not aloud. Unfortunately the front desk doesn’t work with you and they have no empathy. When I told her I don’t know how to change a flat and need to wait for help, she told me that’s not her problem. Honestly should have left when Dr. Markowski left. Erica Schindel is a great doctor and my kids really liked her. This location is trash and the staff needs to be nicker. The front desk always has bad vibes and they never want to help anyone."

She is always so kind and patient and extremely helpful when I have needed anything from the doctors office. Thank you Guardian Angels health center for always being there for my entire family."
