"I have a primary care doctor here, but I’ve had a few times this year where I’ve had to get a quick same day appointment for various reasons. They’ve always got another doctor open for same day appointments if my primary care doctor isn’t available. They're also very quick with their processing, and I don’t often find myself waiting too long to see the doctor compared to when I had other past physicians at other clinics. Very satisfied with each doctor I’ve seen at this clinic so far!"

Dr. Frank does an excllent job checking in with me at my annual check up and hea and the clinic have been availble as needed throughout the year. This is a very professional and well organized clinic, and Dr. Frank is very personalble and shows that he cares for me and my health."

"If I could leave a no star I would, I had a appointment scheduled for today and waited 4 weeks, when I arrived my GPS took me to the building next door I walked several floors and spoke with multiple people, one lady was finally able to tell me that once a month someone does the same. I called (still early for my appointment) and spoke with a very rude lady who said I was supposed to be 20 mins early for my appointment I told her no one told ME that she then said they also would've called me to remind me and say the same I told her I have the voice mail and can play it for her and that I could also show her my call log for the original appointment scheduling so that they could go back and play the recording she told me that not her problem and that if your late they won't see you again. I left and went to my mom we called again the other lady already knew the story and stood by what was already said I asked if they were going to bill my insurance she said no and that they were going to bill me I told that they should just throw it away cause I have multiple things proving I wasn't told to be early I highly recommend that they higher new staff and maybe stop trying to rob people. "Switched to Dr. Frank after my husband kept telling me how great he was, and after seeing him in action a few weeks ago when my husband had a bad reaction to his meds. He was very kind and compassionate. When I saw Dr. Frank today, after discussing my appointment, he asked how my husband was doing and I was impressed by how caring he is. He takes the time to actually listen to you and you don't feel like just a number. The biggest problem in most practices is that the front desk folks are pretty rude and inept. Not the case here at all. They are very friendly and do their jobs well. They are quick to handle issues, and I'm very glad to have found this practice."
