"Got my hair colored for the first time in June with Amy. She was very good about explaining the whole process! The reference photo I brought it was a good starting point, but I’d say the final result looks better than the reference. Amy’s knowledge and skill is impressive. The color has not faded too much since then, and is still a nice purple shade. The place has a nice calm, professional atmosphere as well."
"I hate leaving bad reviews, especially when there are still a lot of good things about a place. DFS has great and knowledgeable hairstylists, nice ambience and quality products. Briana is a *very* talented hairstylist hands-down but she can be curt and was 30 minutes late last time I was in. I would’ve been OK with this but she did not apologize, it affected what we could/couldn't get done. She was curt and obviously stressed. Getting your hair done is equal parts experience as well as quality. It’s unfortunate that I had to leave such a review."
