"I got hands down the worst trim I’ve ever had at this salon. The person doing it didn’t section out my bags, brush them, wet them, or split them out into layers for cutting.. things I’ve seen every single stylist cutting my hair do in the past. Just started weed wacking them and kept cutting strands that kept falling into them because they should have been sectioned out in the first place. My bangs have been uneven for weeks. I still don’t understand what happened - surely someone with professional training would know better?"
