"If you’re no longer going to have bags available at self check out remove the bag holders so that patrons can see their own bags down and fill them without the system constantly freaking out"
"The customer service here is really bad. Customer service desk is incredibly rude. When reported to the store manager, she proceeded to interrupt me to tell me what happened rather than listen to what I had to say. As someone who wasn't there, she proceeded to gaslight me and ignore me, so don't bother reporting bad customer service to management. I don't think there's much training going on at this store.."
"The poor staff...they have no bags due to storm but corporate wont let the manager put up a handwritten sign at door to warn customers. This is an urban location where many walk. So I shopped for an hour and filled a cart, went to checkout and said at start "need bags", but was not informed until everything was scanned that there were no bags. So had to stand there while every single item was re-scanned to refund. Lost one-time digital and other coupons. Manager told me that she can't put up sign to warn customer because she gets in trouble with corporate. Justice department got it right - -this company should not be allowed to merge with its competitor - -it is already too big, too greedy ant too uncaring of its staff an customers."
"This store is hostile to pedestrians. Both entrances to the street are regularly closed and locked forcing you to walk through an alley and navigate a parking garage to walk to the store. There are never shopping baskets to be found and it is challenging to get a cart when the pedestrian entrances are randomly opened. Paper bags do not have handles making it difficult to carry one home and impossible to carry multiple. Terrible experience for a store that serves a dense, walkable urban neighborhood. Poor selection and service on top of those issues. The neighborhood deserves a better grocery shopping destination for those who don't wish to shop at Whole Foods."
