Dollar Tree

"Normally good customer service and ladies at night have been completely amazing. Today was the worst visit ive ever had with a dollar tree and I'm an employee. Cashier greeted me great. Then the judgement and stereotyping started. Every isle I walked up these two ladies would be following right behind me. Even had one lady stop and stare down the isle staring at me. Not once taking her eye off me while I was on the phone with my husband. Never should someone feel this uncomfortable while shopping. I would never go back to this store while this horrible tacky ladies work. Should find better employee with better customer service. I will be calling corporate about this. Never want someone else feelin the way I just did."

"Rude much... People... I just got off a 12 hr shift and just wanted to go home. My attitude is still better than this lady's was. I asked her where something was cause I couldn't find it. She didn't even look at me, just told me and dismissed me. I couldn't find what I wanted to just went to check out. She acted put out that there was no one at the register and she had to help. I forgot my bf had my cc. She said she couldn't break $100., I barely came up with enough to pay for 3/4 of it. She couldn't cancel what I wanted to take off and couldn't calculate how much I owed for the rest of my stuff... I won't be coming back to this one for a while. Usually I love this store and get awesome help. Not tonight. Not for a while. Smh"

"I have been to a great many Dollar Trees. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. HOWEVER, this location has a staff member named Gloria who is a full tilt SAINT. If every Dollar Tree had a worker of this variety and caliber, the stores would be successful beyond compare. She is a freakin GEM OF A WOMAN. So glad I had the pleasure of having her do my check out for me. Absolutely wonderful experience."

"Haven't been to the dollar tree in a while. I was pleasantly surprised . The store was organized . Everything in stock, they have a lot of nice summer items to get you in your summer vibe. Sad I missed my favorite employee, Miss Gloria she had just left off when I came in. Also Easter is this Sunday. There is a wide variety of DIY Easter basket candy and decorations."

"Customer service in this location has declined in the past months! The website clearly states that the store closes at 9pm but the store is now closing at 8pm. There was a very rude person - Lenny- who pretty much was mocking us when I showed him that the closing time was 9pm in their website but there were still clients in the store but he didn’t let us in at 8:05pm. If they would make changes in their store hours, they should change the information in the website as well. Terrible customer service."
