"We have been here on and off but decided to switch from Banfield because our smaller dog is absolutely stressed out now going to Banfield and gets an elevated HR and temp from his stress. Plus they don't always see the same vet. This place is close to our home and easy to get to, the staff are all very caring and nice and they are not out for your money. They actually care about your pets and making sure they are cared for. Dr. Glenn made our pup feel comfortable enough he wasn't shaking after he got his shots and being able to stay with them in the room helps tremendously. They don't get taken to some back room where they stress more. Pets and Pals doesn't nickle and dime you and try to get you to get extra services. Definitely recommend and we are happy to switch both our pups to their care."
