"Excessive marketing emails and poor customer service. If an order doesn't arrive you are made to wait three months before Extract Labs will even consider giving you a credit. Refunds are not provided for missing orders. So if your delivery goes missing you will wait months before being able to get another one again. Inflexible processes, terms and conditions definitely do not support or favour the consumer. Do not recommend."
"I’ve been told there is a retail store at their HQ location. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to get in. During weekday hours, the doors are all locked and require a key card. Nobody in sight despite cars in the lot. How do I get in? I walked around the building looking for another entrance then left."
