"We brought our family dog into this vet since he was a puppy, he was going to be 12 this year! We brought him in for a sudden cough and wheezing - they didn’t do any blood work or an X-ray. Starting to think it was because it was the end of their day - don't take late appointments if you aren’t going to do all you can to care for that family’s pet. All Dr.Woodruff did was put him on an antibiotic and a cough medicine that he had an adverse reaction to. After calling the office and letting them know about the reaction he was having, they could care less. Decided to take him to another vet because he wasn’t getting better and they discovered cancer all over his lungs and kidneys. Our beloved and happy dog had to suffer because she wasn’t diligent. I will never be back to this clinic and I advise other pet parents to do the same."
