"I cannot put in words how grateful we are for Dr. Bangiyev and the staff and audiologists. My twins had gone to another ent and they told us that nothing could be done and come back in 6 month. We were referred to Dr. Bangiyev by our speech therapist. And day one they step into action. One of the twins has already had surgery and are healing and the other is scheduled for a month from now. Front desk is a little short and snippy but I mean they probably deal with snippy people all day! We are just so grateful for everyone!"

"Since my original review was deleted and I’m researching for my middle son… and this place popped up and I got angry all over again on how this place treated our family. Reception was atrocious to us, rude, smug, snarky… yuck. I would get hot everytime I would see their number pop on on my phone… there was a wonderful nurse there and the Dr was fine. But the front desk staff needs to stop interfacing with people. Period. They are terrible at what they do and they make an already stressful situation so much worse… and why?? Don’t take a job where you have to help people if you are going to be a fool with every interaction. We are at children’s hospital now for all our kids ENT needs. Ugh… HATED THIS PLACE."

"Literally the rudest front desk schedulers you will ever speak to! I hate calling them or seeing a call on my phone from them. I hate having a question. I haven’t made it in for my daughters consult yet, so I cannot attest to their drs and/or other staff. I’ve only made appts over the phone and I called with questions, hoping for helpful insight, but OMG it was like pulling teeth + insane attitude + empty responses/no informed knowledge. I really REALLY don’t want to judge the drs based on the receptionist attitude, but they make it really hard! I just can’t imagine professional drs allowing the receptionists to portray their skills/business in such an ugly way…my appt is tomorrow. Wish me luck!"

"Can't speak more highly of Dr. Mitchell, especially our experience with ear tube surgery. I have 3.5 year old twin boys who were both suffering from chronic ear infections and I knew prior to making an appointment they would need tubes placed. Dr. Mitchell has great bedside manner and will happily answer any questions you have. Surgery was scheduled not long after our consultation and went extremely well. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for an ENT for your child."
