"I go to Klarisana for ketamine therapy for my treatment resistant depression. My depression is really bad. Meds aren't enough, therapy isnt enough either. I just cry. But I hide it a lot. I have to get through life. But, ketamine has saved me. This clinic has saved me. One problem In the beginning and for a long time, getting someone on the phone was impossible!!! It's so frustrating! I'd call and hit the button for Denver, leave a message, nobody would return my call. Never! So I figured it out, I would call the main number and hit the button for their Texas clinic. They seemed to mostly answer there so they could schedule my appointment, thankfully. But then I was having trouble getting through to TX. I got worried. Then things changed, I called into the Denver office, and I just got daring one day. A real-life person actually picked up the phone and answered! I was in disbelief. This was recently, too. So they must have cracked some whips and hired some staff. Otherwise, this clinic is incredible. Very professional and comfortable, they take great great care of you to ensure your session goes well. Anti-nausea meds. Proper dosage. Vital signs monitored. Health history reviewed. Nurses are knowledgeable. Staff is properly trained. I'm a nurse myself, BTW. I feel very comfortable going there for my needs. The treatments have significantly helped my depression. My fatigue has lifted. I have so much energy now. I am no longer sad. I have a better perspective, thank heaven! They at Klarisana are very kind and caring. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable chairs and neat lights. You can watch nature scenes to help enhance your treatment. They have essential oil diffusers in each room, and you listen to calming music while you go through your treatment. All makes gor the most enhancing session. I feel very comfortable going there. You feel very cared for when you are there. They really listen to you. They know what they're doing for sure. It's really helping me. I thought I would never feel better, but I actually am! I had a smile on my face all day. I had a session yesterday. Klarisana saved and saves me. All of it. The people from the front desk, the medics, nurses and counselors, and the treatment. All of them. Really have changed my life forever. So I'm very thankful for this treatment and to Klarisana. Wonderful people. Hopefully, they keep up their great service. We can also text them, too! Very helpful, and they're pretty quick to respond. I'm so happy this has been resolved. It's great knowing that I can go there and feel comfortable for my treatments. They're a great bunch of people. And it's being done right."

"OK, I went into this place, not knowing anything about the medicine, nor what was going to happen. They are some of the friendliest people you could ever meet. They make you feel so comfortable and they explain everything. They have very comfortable rooms with comfortable chairs. There is a TV and some lights if that is what makes you feel comfortable. I recommend wearing a face mask and some noise blocking headphones. There are plenty of playlists you can download from Johns Hopkins that will help you in your journey.
