"So I started having my daughter be seen by a behavioral health specialist here by the name of Morgan Finch! My daughter suffered severe childhood trauma when she was much younger I thought this was someone who i could trust to consult my daughter to help her with her severe mental health issues due to early childhood trauma! Some of things that my daughter is saying that Morgan has been telling her is outright sickening! If anything my daughter my is going through even more behavior health issues now then she was before she met with Morgan! I cannot believe how unprofessional she was towards my daughter! And some of the things that were said! Just disgusts me! I would not trust her around your kids! Nor would i trust this place to have your kids treated for early childhood trauma!"
"Do not try and seek help here. These people are trying to drive people insane. They don't call you back, have their schedulelars do all the work they also call you like 3 times a week. Once you try to speak with someone they absolutely don't care and just say random things until you're done. You won't get your medication. They absolutely don't care. This place should be shut down"
"i've been going here for about 4 months now id say i've had about 9 appointments there with a therapist named sam. he went on vacation multiple times during those months and deserves to be fired. not for going on vacation but for breaking patient confidentiality. he told my father i was transgender when i said i don't want him to know. he is a terrible therapist who will be sued soon. i recommended going to another place for therapy and defiantly don't let Sam be your therapist. i spent over half an hour hiding and crying in the bathroom there because of him."
"My children are seen here for therapy. Everyone is fantastic and has been so helpful. They have set us up with transportation services, the Aurora youth options program and work closely with my children's school counselors. Fantastic!"
