"Very nice hospital. However, nothing is labeled. No signs for parking so you will end up driving around the building 10 times before you find it. None of the departments are labeled. There are no directories in the building, and instead of naming the departments, they name them after mountains. Instead of saying ear nose throat, it says "Huron Peak". How am i supposed to know ENT is at Huron Peak? Very confusing place, just put signs up naming the departments."

"This is one of the nicest Veterans Hospitals I've been to. I love the covered parking garage, and the staff is welcoming. As with any VA hospital, it can be a little overwhelming at first trying to figure out where everything is. I was met with ease at registration and able to get my appointments set up. Initial primary care visits are pushed far out (that is my only complaint thus far) but they are able to schedule you sooner with a doctor in the rapid clinic to bridge the time gap if needed. The facility is very clean and spacious. I feel I'll be well taken care of! Update 7/11/23: The parking has been terrible, now that I've had more visits. I drove in circles through two parking garages for nearly 40 minutes one day and barely made my appt. by 1 minute. Cars wait idly in between the rows and follow people leaving to their cars, making it difficult to navigate the narrow spaces. Very unpleasant."
