"Been going there for years and usually it’s no problem except they close 1:30 - 2 everyday which is the worst possible time for me. I will get there at 1:29 knowing my prescription will take 1 minute to pick up and they are already closed?? I understand taking lunch is important but do all employees have to take it at the same exact time?? Maybe have one person take lunch after the other???"

"I bought a glucose meter and test strips. Meter was highly inaccurate. Instructions say it requires a fluid. Sams pharmacy Loveland didn’t have it. Longmont said you don’t need it and they never sold it. Refused to take it back. Pointed to an obscure sign saying no refunds. Pharmacy manager wouldn’t be back for 3 days. Told me to call the manufacturer and see if they’d give me a coupon or a refund. The store manager gave me a refund. I will NEVER USE THE PHARMACY AGAIN!"
